SendIt — Privacy Policy

SendIt ("the app") is a personal app built by an independent developer. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it's used, in plain language.

What the app collects

• Your climbing session data — dates, routes, grades, notes, and session details you create yourself when logging a climb.
• Photos — only when you choose to take or select a photo to mark up a beta/route — never collected automatically.

Where your data is stored

Your session data and photos are stored in your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit, so they sync automatically across your own devices. We do not operate our own server that stores your personal data, and we do not have access to it.

What we don't do

• We don't use any analytics, advertising, or tracking software (confirm this is still true for this app before publishing).
• We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
• We don't build advertising profiles.

Third-party services the app uses

• Apple services — CloudKit (data sync) and StoreKit (subscription purchases, if you choose to subscribe), governed by Apple's own privacy policy. SendIt makes no other network calls and uses no analytics or advertising SDKs.

Your control over your data

You can delete any session, climb entry, or photo at any time from within the app. Deleting the app and its iCloud data removes your information from Apple's sync service as well.

Children's privacy

SendIt is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "last updated" date.
